ECCLESFORD JUNCTION

Ecclesford Junction is our main '00' layout and is currently being overhauled and enhanced. Gone is the computer control which also operated the many animated dioramas, the control of which has now been passed to exhibition visitors via a push button panel at the front of the layout. The fiddle yard has been rewired to facilitate through cabling to ease assembly and allow entry point to exit point dead sections. Further work is in hand on the scenic sections. NELSON

This layout has been sold to a small group of club members who wished to retain it for it's historical interest and therefore is no longer available for us to display.

Irvindale

A small ficticious N gauge diesel layout depicting northern England. For a full description of this layout, click here.

Castlehaven

A replacement for this layout is under construction and it is hoped to have it's first appearance in the very near future. Watch this space.

Thomas

A small layout occupying only 5' by 3'6" using mainly Hornby 'straight from the box' items. A double oval with siding and branch line, this layout shows how much can be included in a relatively small space. Operation is by means of a coin slot and allows children to drive Thomas the Tank Engine for 20p. click here.
